* Job Description:

** Under the direction of the Pool Bar Asst. Manager, the server is responsible for serving both food and beverage to guests throughout the pool bar and surrounding area ensuring a positive guest experience.
*
* Essential Job Functions:

*** Greet and serves guests in a timely and courteous manner.
* Take guest orders, serve food, and drinks.
* Is familiar with all menu specifications and abbreviations.
* Adheres to food & beverage policies, procedures, state liquor laws and all related manual material.
* Collect various forms of payment in a courteous and efficient manner.
* Knowledgeable of restaurant (ordering) systems; expediting systems.
* Communicates with kitchen expeditor; checks order duplicates for correctness; communicates discrepancies to the expeditor.
* Completes all set-up and closing duties in a timely fashion.
* Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
* Handles and solves any concerns and questions customers may have or relays guest complaints/compliments to the appropriate Assistant Manager on duty.
* Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
* Perform other assignments as directed.

* Qualifications:

*** Minimum one (1) year of high volume food service. Table service restaurant experience highly preferred.
* Must be able to carry trays that weigh a minimum of 10lbs. on one arm.
* Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
* Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
* Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
* Must be comfortable with wearing short shorts and top that reveals abdomen area.
* Must be able to work in various weather conditions including but not limited to; rain, heat, and cold weather.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
* The department operates from sunup to sundown; management expectation is that you must be able to work any shift including weekends and holidays.
