A new high-volume restaurant in Hialeah is building its leadership team and seeking experienced restaurant management professionals at all levels
.
We are interested in candidates with experience as:
- General Manager
- Assistant General Manager
- Restaurant Manager
- Operations Manager
- Front of House Manager
- Service Manager
- Bar Manager
- Shift Manager / Supervisor
Ideal candidates have experience managing busy restaurant operations, leading and training teams, maintaining excellent guest service, controlling labor and operating costs, handling scheduling, opening/closing procedures, inventory, cash controls, and maintaining company standards.
Requirements: Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
English/Spanish bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
