• Assist the Food Services Director in planning, organizing, and controlling food services operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and serving residents.
• Coordinate with dietary staff to ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory management, including food and supplies, to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality food presentation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
