As a Server/Barista at Cecile Bakery Cafe, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy every moment they spend with us. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Assisting customers with menu selections and taking orders with a smile.
• Delivering food and drinks to tables promptly and accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and coffee bar.
• Handling transactions using our point-of-sale system.
• Collaborating with team members to create a warm, welcoming environment.

We’re searching for someone who brings both skill and personality to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (server, barista, or related).
• Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Customer Service: A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding service.
