Proctors Collaborative in the Capital District invites skilled line cooks to join on a per diem basis, with shifts day or evening tied to show dates. Schedule is known in advance, but there are no regular hours for these positions.
You will assist in cooking and plating a diverse menu, assess inventory, rotate stock, and uphold strict sanitary practices while cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment. Compensation is $22.50 per hour.
