Server – Gran View Gran View Ogdensburg

Overview

Gran View is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Server to be part of our restaurant staff. This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced dining environment while delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.

Expected

Hours:

12 – 18 hours per week. Flexible schedule required

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations to guests
• Process guest payments and handle cash/credit transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, including resetting tables
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with other servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

• Minimum of 1 year serving experience in a restaurant or similar setting preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods

Pay: $10.35 per hour
