Eataly in New York hires a Line Cook to transform high-quality ingredients into authentic Italian dishes in our open, fast-paced kitchens. Reports to Head Chef and Sous Chef Manager.
You will portions, cuts, slices, breads, fries or sautés, select meat and seafood cuts, plate items with garnish, and follow recipes while adhering to health regulations. Availability to work onsite with evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
