Server, Server​/Wait Staff

BONDST Hudson Yards is seeking an experienced, passionate, and service-driven Fine Dining Server to join our front-of-house team.

We're looking for hospitality professionals who take pride in their craft, enjoy working with exceptional food and beverage, and understand that outstanding service is about more than simply taking an order. If you have a strong foundation in fine dining, a passion for wine and sake, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

• Fine Dining
  
  Experience:
  
  At least 2 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, fine dining, or a comparable upscale restaurant environment.

• Wine & Sake Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of wine and sake is essential. You should feel confident guiding guests through selections and making thoughtful pairing recommendations.

• Exceptional Hospitality: A warm, polished, and engaging demeanor with a genuine passion for personalized service.

• Product Knowledge: The ability to confidently explain menu ingredients, preparation methods, flavor profiles, and beverage pairings.

• Teamwork & Professionalism: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed and efficient during busy services.

• Schedule Flexibility: Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  Availability on Sunday or Monday is required.

  Experience with private dining, special events, and restaurant buyouts is a plus.

• Work closely with captains, fellow servers, bartenders, runners, and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service.

• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and service readiness.
