If you have no experience as a bartender and want to work your way into a bartending position, getting a job as a barback is one of the most common ways to make your way behind the bar. It’s an incredibly important position to make any party run smoothly, on time, and keep guests happy. The Main role is to support the bartenders.
The barback’s job is all about working ahead, managing your time well and anticipating the needs of the bartenders you are working with.
