Restaurant Crew Member

As a Restaurant Crew Member you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and contributing to a positive dining experience for guests.

• Customer Service: greet customers, take orders, ring up transactions, handle payments, thank customers, provide menu recommendations, and ensure prompt and courteous service.
• Food Preparation and Assembly: prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to recipes, maintain portion control and presentation, package orders, and keep ingredients ready.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: keep dining area, kitchen, and customer service areas clean, follow sanitation guidelines, aid in dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Teamwork and Communication: collaborate with teammates, communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management, support co‑workers during busy periods, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Compliance and Policies: adhere to company policies, procedures, and conduct standards; follow health and safety guidelines; report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Upselling and Promotion: inform customers of special promotions, new menu items, loyalty programs, and upsell opportunities.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer‑service role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the restaurant for extended periods.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
