Swain Resort is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team for seasonal coverage. You will prepare, cook, and plate items quickly and according to resort standards, ensuring quality and consistency across all dishes.
Responsibilities include maintaining clean, safe workstations, assisting with prep and restocking, and communicating with servers to ensure smooth service during high-volume periods and events. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and available evenings and weekends.
