Restaurant Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our dining establishment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic hospitality environment, delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to company policies
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock orders to maintain optimal supplies
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management certifications are a plus
