SERVICE MANAGER/SHIFT LEADER
We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional who is strong on the floor and wants leadership responsibility without the traditional 10-12 hour restaurant management schedule.
Schedule:3-5 evening shifts per week, depending on your needs and availability.
Responsibilities:- Run pre-shift and oversee service
- Lead servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Monitor guest experience and service standards
- Coach staff and solve problems in real time
- Manage cuts, side work, and closing
- Handle guest concerns with confidence
- Complete a brief nightly service report
Daytime administrative work is handled separately.
Ideal for an experienced Service Manager, Captain, Lead Server, Maître d', Head Bartender, or Assistant Manager with strong hospitality instincts and leadership skills.
