About us

Petee's Pie Company ius abkery specializing in high quality pies. We're hiring an energetic, friendly counter server for our Brooklyn café. You'll be the face of Petee's for the neighborhood: getting to know regulars, helping first-timers pick a slice, and keeping the café running smoothly from rush to close.

• Greet, guide, and serve customers at the counter
• Ring up orders and take payments on our POS system
• Assemble and bake pies
• Keep the café clean, including dishes, sweeping, and mopping
• Communicate clearly with teammates and managers during every shift

• 1+ years of professional restaurant or café experience
• A NYC Food Handler's certificate, or you get one soon after you're hired. This is required, and we cover the cost.
• Availability for nights and weekends, including on and around holidays (Thanksgiving is our Super Bowl)
• You keep your energy and stay organized under pressure, even late in a shift
• You're a team player who takes feedback well and adapts quickly
• Able to carry 50 lbs up and down stairs
• Espresso experience is a plus

• $18/hr base, with tips averaging about $7.41/hr this year
