Job DescriptionRetail Store Manager (RSM) work as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs lead by example as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer needs are the first focus and build meaningful connections with customers by identifying their needs and educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions.
Whatyou’ll do in your role
- Lead by example to help customers continue their shopping journey across online, Customer Care, and in-store channels.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, including sales, inventory, and new store programs and initiatives.
- Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and emerging IoT devices.
- Maintain an environment that reflects high standards and customer-centric service.
Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy. Become proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding.
- Demonstrate how our coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood for a fast LTE network.
- Explain plans and services that enable customers to stay connected and go further.
- Show how wireless solutions are delivered, including device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.
Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Build relationships with employees across channels to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Own the customer experience and collaborate to resolve issues.
- Identify and handoff small business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships to support the company’s success.
- Foster a positive team environment while delivering first-class customer service.
- Leadership and the ability to drive a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to lead the team and share best practices while serving customers.
- Effective operational, financial and performance management skills.
- Amazing communication skills with both team members and customers.
- Prior wireless sales experience.

- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full-time availability (45 hours)
