As Store Manager you will drive daily business performance, lead your team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic environment.

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure each customer receives an unforgettable experience.
• Oversee all store operations, maintain budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
• Maintain visual appearance and overall store presentation.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self‑starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

The position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Work may involve moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
