• Lead profitable growth of the store location with strategic direction and tasks from corporate support staff.
• Develop and lead a team to ensure high store standards of operation and service are met or exceeded for each customer.
• Role model great service and demonstrate enthusiasm to delight store customers.
• Operate all store departments (Grocery, Produce, Meat, Deli, Bakery, Front-End, and Prepared Foods).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, order accuracy, stock rotation to reduce waste and shrink.
• Manage P&L performance, labor budgets, cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify deliveries, oversee cash-handling procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop department managers and associates.
• Conduct performance reviews, set goals, foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Represent the company in the community as a trusted local supermarket.

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in grocery retail.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Demonstrate personal and enthusiastic commitment to the vision, mission, values, and strategies of the company.
• Highly motivated with appreciation for quality of life in a culturally diverse setting.
