Lolli & Pops Service Lead / Keyholder

Responsibilities- Help drive store‑level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking appropriate action to reach them.
- Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling and product knowledge.
- Maximize overall performance through product education, coaching selling skills and leading by example.
- Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
- Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory management.
- Maintain visual, merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
- Ensure all policies, procedures and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively.
- Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people.
- A passion for meticulous quality and strong organization.
- A bias toward action; ability to lift medium to large items up to 75 lbs safely.
- The desire to be coached and mentored, seeing potential in oneself and others.
- An eye for detail – clean, precise and attentive to small things.
- The desire to problem‑solve and fix issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize many tasks daily.
- A positive attitude and fun‑loving spirit with an inner child.
- Flexible availability, especially during busiest times.
$16.50 – $16.50 USD per hour (Eastview Mall)
