The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Account Success Coordinator to join our New York team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in assisting and processing sales, managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, scheduling new and fitting appointments, and upholding the luxurious standards of our showroom.
Requirements- Knowledge of bespoke couture and bridal wear, including pricing and customization options.
- Experience in luxury retail – preferably in bridal and couture wear.
- Strong understanding of high‑end fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to support a team in achieving sales targets.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
