Ulla Johnson is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to join the team! The Retail Operations Manager oversees the daily operations and performance of Ulla Johnson boutiques. This role drives operational excellence, supports store leadership, and partners with corporate teams to implement strategic initiatives and support the overall DTC business.

• Support daily store operations and be responsible for reviewing and implementing all BOH functions (inventory, cycle counts, shipping and receiving)
• Ensure company standards, policies, and procedures are consistently implemented across all retail stores
• Omni channel fulfillment – manage workflow and processes between ecom orders and in‑store fulfillment
• Manage supplies – handle ordering and inventory management of both in‑store and in‑warehouse supplies
• Support new boutique openings and renovations in coordination with other corporate teams
• Budget management – P&L review under guidance of Retail Director + Retail VP
• POS and retail systems management, with ability to train store teams
• Manage store security protocols and implement LP best practices

• Full audit of retail backend systems and refinement of existing SOPs
• Store visits with occasional travel as needed to support business objectives
• Propose cost‑savings initiatives where relevant and impactful
• Bi‑annual sample sale – inventory organization and overall management

• 5+ years of experience in retail operations management, preferably at a luxury brand
• In‑store experience a plus but not required

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work with agility across multiple projects
• Proficiency in MS suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with retail systems

• Understands importance of brand stewardship and protecting brand equity
• Drives for excellence in all areas
• Ability to see projects through to completion
• Can manage up and effectively summarize challenges, needs, opportunities in a clear and professional manner

Salary Range: $95,000 – $115,000

* Compensation may vary based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. Ulla Johnson reserves the right to offer a salary outside of this range based on these considerations.
