About

The Role

The Sales and Education Executive oversees brand sales and relationships with all retailers in the assigned territory, including ULTA, Sephora, Nordstrom, and Macy’s. The STE educates, executes events, collaborates, and strategizes with external retail partners to increase sales and achieve company objectives while managing budgets for T&E and freelance to ensure profitability.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive sales, events, and execute strategies and initiatives within each retailer to ensure the achievement of the sales plan
  • Evaluate call cycle on a regular basis to ensure profitability for the company and make changes in partnership with the regional team
  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with internal and external business partners to drive retail sales
  • Achieve all financial targets and budgets, including T&E and freelance spend
  • Plan and execute all events and product launches within the territory (both corporate and store‑generated)
  • Create an open and collaborative environment for accounts, cascading knowledge and best practices within the field organization
  • Review freelancer productivity and schedules weekly to ensure enhanced productivity and required ROI
  • Consistently recruit, hire, and develop freelance teams as well as Beauty Advisors where applicable
  • Maintain a professional digital footprint across social media platforms in accordance with company guidelines
  • Strengthen the Orveon Collective’s brand identity by ensuring visual merchandising consistency within each brand store, maintaining visual, inventory, and operational standards
  • Meet all deadlines for requests and reporting, including calendars, expense, mileage, and event recaps
  • Understand retail partner protocols and adhere to their policies
  • Act as a Best Brand Partner, representing the Orveon Collective positively and professionally through personal example and team influence
  • Uphold the Orveon Collective Guidelines and consistently demonstrate a polished and professional appearance, reflecting current trends with seasonal looks
  • Enforce and execute company policies, procedures, and operational standards in all locations

Financial Accountability
  • Responsible for delivering the annual sales plan to ensure profitability
  • Must maintain and stay within allocated budgets for T&E and freelance
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years Account Coordinator experience (or equivalent)
  • Drive sales through fostering relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate and build positive and effective business partnerships
  • Interact professionally with all levels of management in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
  • Energetic initiative‑taker who prioritizes and achieves results independently
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Results oriented with strong planning, organizational, and time‑management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Personal vehicle for business purposes
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
