• Deliver agreed KPIs for the store – focusing on sales, AVT, IPT, conversion, and CRM.
• Inspire and motivate the team by leading by example.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager to provide commercial insights and make fact‑based recommendations to improve business performance.
• Act as the point of reference for clients and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager.
• Ensure excellent client welcoming and supervise sales to maintain qualitative brand standards.
• Contribute actively to client experience training and achievement of evaluation targets.
• Deal directly and effectively with VIP clients and maintain client database.
• Maintain product knowledge and accurately articulate new and key ranges for the season.
• Use training tools, POS systems, and store operations procedures proactively.
• Manage opening and closing check‑lists, cash handling, security, health and safety, and emergency situations.
• Support loss prevention and inventory control, including regular stock takes.
• Adhere to merchandising (VM) guidelines and participate in product launches, displays, and window schemes.
• Keep the boutique clean and organized, and collaborate with management on maintenance.
• Complete general administrative duties and attend meetings when required.

• Passion and prior experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail.
• Assertive, dynamic, and a “can‑do” attitude.
• Team player with proven sales track record.
• Understanding of retail KPIs.
• Expert client service skills and confident interaction with the public.
• Self‑motivated, focused, and proactive.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional grooming that reflects the company and store.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.

The salary offered will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and geographic region. This role offers a transparent hourly rate of $25 – $27 per hour, with potential bonus, benefits, and other perks.
