• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain personal accountability for performance objectives.
• Apply an omni‑channel approach to recommend merchandise across all sales channels.
• Stay up to date with current market trends and competitors.
• Maintain deep product knowledge across all categories to serve client preferences.
• Embodiment of the Givenchy brand in every customer interaction, with passion and enthusiasm.
• Create extraordinary guest experiences and memorable moments using your unique style.
• Build and deepen relationships with guests to drive lifetime loyalty and sales.
• Cultivate new and existing guests through ongoing communication, including handwritten notes, phone calls, and emails.
• Capture customer data through a discovery process for each guest.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities to deliver personalized experiences.
• Act as a styling visionary for seasonal products and key business essentials.
• Take proactive actions to improve NPS performance and address client feedback.
• Identify loyal clients’ passions and community involvement to create CSR opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned: operations, visual merchandising, after‑care, and inventory control.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• 1+ year(s) of sales, retail, hospitality, or cross‑industry experience.
• Proven history of driving sales and achieving results.
• Excellent client interaction skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication abilities—speaking, listening, and writing.
• Ability to anticipate client desires and concerns.
• Excellent time management and service orientation.
• College level education preferred.

• Hourly rate: $21.00–$27.00, depending on skills and experience.
