Grace Loves Lace is a globally celebrated bridal brand that delivers unforgettable experiences. We are seeking a charismatic, customer‑focused Bridal Stylist for our New York boutique sales team.

• Full‑time: 32 hours per week, Thursday‑Sunday schedule (4 days). Weekend availability essential.
• Deliver personalized, one‑on‑one private bridal styling appointments.
• Create a warm, memorable VIP experience for every bride.
• Act as a proud brand ambassador, wearing and showcasing our collections.
• Build strong relationships with brides throughout their journey.
• Accurately take measurements and style brides with our accessories and occasion wear.
• Manage appointments and follow‑up via email, phone, and an iPad.
• Strive toward and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain impeccable presentation and exceptional people skills.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to learning our extensive product range.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Previous experience in retail or sales with a strong customer‑service focus.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Confident working both independently and within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑building skills across the customer journey.
• Ability to learn quickly and retain detailed product knowledge.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Intermediate IT and administration skills (iPad, MS Office; Net Suite experience a plus).
• Flexibility to work weekends and additional shifts during peak periods.
