Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.75 USD per hour

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
• Help guests as you complete workload with minimal guest disruption.
• Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and in stock for guests.
• Assist with truck unload process and stock product to the sales floor.
• Make changes to sales floor merchandise displays or all departments.
• Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately for all departments.
• Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support execution of major transitions.
• Maintain interior and exterior brand cleanliness and safety tasks as needed (e.g., restrooms, carts, spills).
• Accurately execute all fills and organize and store reserve product from all departments.
• Process all inbound deliveries (using the receive application) to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Complete backroom daily and weekly audits.
• If certified, operate powered equipment to move merchandise on the sales floor and in the backroom.
• Follow processes accurately with attention to detail, monitor progress and prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with laws and policies.
• All other duties based on business needs

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely, with lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environment when performing duties.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
