We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Jewelry Salesperson to join our team and to work with exclusive jewelry collections in a luxurious environment .

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide expert advice and product knowledge to customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect jewelry piece to meet their preferences and budget
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Monitor inventory levels, making recommendations for stock replenishment as needed
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our jewelry collection in an enticing manner
• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and security protocols
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events or campaigns
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Jewelry Salesperson or similar role in a luxury environment.
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of different types of jewelry, gemstones, metals, and their value
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed
