Sales Associate - Part time

We are seeking a Part‑time Sales Associate I to join our Endwell Thrifty Shopper
. In this role you will provide outstanding customer service, create a welcoming environment, and contribute to our mission of Putting Love into Action.

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a friendly store atmosphere
• Process sales transactions, handle cash, and manage point‑of‑sale systems
• Accept and categorize donations, and maintain inventory cleanliness
• Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are completed
• Work independently in an unsupervised environment
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and days
• Manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Lift up to 50 lbs as required for daily duties

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work an unsupervised schedule and adapt to flexible hours
• Customer‑service oriented mindset
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
