The Hospitality/Client Services role ensures that exceptional luxury service standards, product/brand expertise, and hospitality are consistently communicated to all customers through all contact points, including in-person and over the telephone. The role supports in-store client experience and contributes to achieving minimum monthly sales goals.

  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of quality service in all points of contact: in-store, over the phone, and via electronic communication.
  • Deliver luxury shopping experiences by executing in-house hospitality services, transportation service, concierge, product requests, and related duties to ensure superior client experiences.
  • Assist and support marketing events preparation and facilitation as needed.
  • Support the selling, service and operations teams in delivering the customer experience and brand promise.
  • Own the client experience for all hospitality needs within the store, including serving food and beverage as clients shop with the selling teams.
  • Develop meaningful and profitable relationships with internal and external clients through hospitality services.
  • Maintain an effective and pristine Guest Kitchen environment with attention to presentation and cleanliness standards.
  • Become an expert on service and product presentation, following brand guidelines to ensure a high level of experience at all times.
  • Assist the Hospitality Team with organization of resources and process improvements to enhance store and client experiences.
  • Participate in team initiatives and support Hospitality functions as needed.
  • Develop relationships with clients over the phone and through electronic communications; facilitate sales when appropriate or connect clients to the right sales professional.
  • Relay product knowledge and availability to clients in-store, over the phone, or via electronic communication.
  • Facilitate shopping experiences through various services (assistance, transportation, concierge, etc.).
  • Serve as initial contact for sales, service, or operational questions and provide feedback to management as needed.
  • Support corporate and store-to-store product requests with proper documentation and tracking.
  • Help implement practices that exceed service and product request expectations of customers.
  • Assist with celebrity dressing and other marketing/PR requests; handle service-related inquiries and maintain records.
  • Facilitate phone inquiries for print and media advertisements and exclusive product inquiries.
  • Track editorial product sales and provide feedback to the Store Director.
  • Assist with preparation and facilitation of marketing events as needed for the Avenue.

Salary range: $15 - $21.13 hourly

  • 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience
  • Computer skills:
    Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Takes pride in personal presentation and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
