Requirements
  • 3+ years specialty retail store experience.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in beauty/skincare.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Strong customer‑service mindset.
  • Ownership of customer inquiries, responding promptly and accurately.
  • Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
  • Digital fluency – quickly adopt digital tools, especially social media.
  • Adaptability and willingness to grow in the role.
  • Must work on feet all day, lift up to 25 lb on a regular basis.
  • Flexible availability – evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver One Luxe Experience – provide premium, personalized service to every customer.
  • Product Expertise and Storytelling – confidently demo products and offer tailored guidance.
  • Brand Excellence – act as a L’Oréal Luxe ambassador, ensuring a luxurious experience.
  • Trend‑Forward – stay informed about the latest makeup, skincare and wellness trends.
  • Sales Performance – consistently meet individual and counter sales goals.
  • Client Relationships – proactively build and nurture customer relationships, both in‑store and digitally.
  • Events & Promotions – inform customers about in‑store events, promotions and brand activations.
  • Event Design – create engaging events and animations that excite customers.
  • Brand Advocacy – represent L’Oréal Luxe on internal and external social media platforms.
  • Teamwork & Training – participate in teamwork, complete required training and share knowledge.
  • Administrative Tasks – complete daily and weekly administrative duties on designated platforms.
  • Counter Standards – maintain the highest hygiene, housekeeping and merchandising standards.
