• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues, and responds effectively
• Assists customers in finding the right fit (e.g., bra fitting) through effective questioning
• Converts returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales

• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processes transactions accurately
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases
• Maintains cash wrap area and back-of-house organization

• Processes merchandise to floor-ready status and maintains back room and stock to brand standards
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards and places products on the sales floor
• Assists with projects including markdowns, re-tickets, and stock items

• Executes floorset activities proficiently and adheres to brand standards
• Maintains back room and under stock areas

• All associate responsibilities: driving sales, replenishment, visual merchandising, housekeeping, loss prevention awareness, safety, and living the company values

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds; frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing

Minimum Salary: $16.00

Maximum Salary: $19.75
