• Understand client preferences and requirements for various shopping tasks.
• Select and purchase products that meet client specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to confirm orders and provide updates.
• Provide personalized shopping recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in retail or a customer service role is advantageous.
