Position Overview

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors prioritize the customer experience, providing personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed expectations. Success comes from being a team player who is curious, resourceful, and inclusive. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Motivated to drive daily business and achieve sales goals.
• Focus on the customer at the core of all decisions to proactively drive business.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Utilize "More Ways to Shop" and support new technology to enhance sales results.
• Represent and uphold customer experience expectations in-store.
• Deliver consistent brand-aligned experiences supporting company and store vision.
• Champion RL core values and foster a collaborative environment centered on the customer.
• Engage in networking to build a clientele.
• Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding successes and opportunities.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery methods like QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
• Provide feedback on category opportunities or needs to management.
• Maintain store standards and sales floor at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Retail or similar industry experience in high-volume or high-profile environments preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to maneuver around the store, work with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb as needed.
• Ability to operate registers, stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
