The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and delivering best‑in‑class customer service, oversee daily store operations, leverage creativity through floorset updates and styling recommendations, and lead teams through recruiting, training and development. They are expected to bring their best selves each day and are positioned to grow into future leadership roles.

The starting rate for this position is $25.00 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
