As part of our Front-of-House Sales Team, you will deliver exceptional client experiences, uphold brand standards, and contribute to boutique success. Whether you start as a Client Advisor or advance to Senior Client Advisor, we offer opportunities for growth, mentorship, and career development.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and ensure smooth execution of the sales ceremony.
• Drive store KPIs including Consignment, Appointments, Repurchase Rate, UPT, Conversion, and Data Enrichment.
• Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
• Create and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and clientele tools.
• Manage CRM updates and client acquisition efforts.
• Develop personalized, versatile, timeless silhouettes for clients.
• Act as MOD when required, overseeing floor operations and team coordination.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and hold store keys as needed.
• Provide insights into fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Passion for fashion and ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Experience in Women’s and Men’s Ready‑to‑Wear is a plus.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
