Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T1344) rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.75 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with their specific needs.
• Engage with guests to solve issues, be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services in the total store, and explain how to use features in the Target App and Wallet.
• Promote and enroll guests in benefits, offerings, and loyalty programs as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Understand and guide guests on Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; direct enrollment and usage as appropriate.
• Handle returns following store policies and collaborate with leadership when needed.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Operate in a safe manner; comply with safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, Drive-Up orders, and returns, while complying with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage regulations where relevant).

• You thrive in a fast-moving, active environment where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key.
• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).
• Strong communication skills, a welcoming attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to educate guests about products and services.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and technology equipment, work independently and in a team, and stay focused in a fast-paced setting.
