Zappos is looking for an analytical and creative individual with experience in fashion ecommerce and knowledge of current footwear trends for a Site Merchandiser position. This role is 100% onsite in office (Madison, WI or New York).

• Validate all site assortments, including product categories, brand pages, trend assortments, and special promotions.
• Execute product placement, visibility of key items, and priority ordering of all applicable pages.
• Curate assortments to support featured stories and additional promotional emails.
• Maintain seasonal and trend assortments to support large campaigns and promote discovery.
• Provide site linking based on feature creative and copy that aligns with current merchandising strategy.
• Leverage site analytics to understand performance and customer interactions with brands, categories, and other assortments.
• Identify and work with cross functional partners to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Manage additional special products as needed.

• 2+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management
• Experience in e‑commerce, start‑ups, advertising, or commercial roles
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience in marketing or marketing research
