• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses, precisely place prescriptions on lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen and support the team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs.
• Use technology accurately under time pressure and high customer volume; demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Proactively identify root causes of issues, think forward, and ensure customer satisfaction exceeds expectations.
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities.
• Achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Inform management of safety opportunities; demonstrate safe work practices.
• Continuously learn, improve, and achieve results.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Ability to use and carry an iPad or tablet for selling.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
• Embrace new technology and change.

• Previous customer service and retail experience.
