OverviewMerchandisers engage consumers by merchandising store shelves and displays with our globally recognized brands. A successful merchandiser is passionate about our brands, takes accountability to ensure products are displayed in the best possible way to meet consumer needs, and drives sales through impactful market execution.
Primary Responsibilities- Build and maintain product displays
- Organize, rotate, and stock shelves at each assigned account
- Install permanent new point of sale (POS) items in retail accounts
- Assist in the daily upkeep of the POS warehouse
- Manage out‑of‑stocks at retail accounts following proper procedure
- Maintain daily paperwork and complete all Company documents
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned
- 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License;
Must have a Vehicle with Valid Insurance - Strong customer service skills
- Available and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Beverage industry experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- This role requires working on weekends
- Able to team lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 180 lbs.
- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (keyboard, mouse, monitor), or adding machine
- May occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
