Responsibilities:

• Clientele Development: Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their style preferences and needs to tailor recommendations accordingly.
• Sales & Styling: Provide expert advice and styling recommendations for luxury evening and cocktail wear and guide clients in selecting outfits and accessories that enhance their personal style and the occasion.
• Product Knowledge: Be an expert on our evening collections, and trends in luxury fashion. Educate clients about the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
• Client Satisfaction: Be active in the overall order fulfillment process to ensure deliveries are on schedule and meet customer expectations.
• Client Retention: Implement strategies to foster client loyalty, including follow‑up communications, personalized outreach for new arrivals, and invitations to exclusive events.
• Provide excellent customer service to each bride to ensure their experience at the salon is personalized and memorable.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in the visual presentation of merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is immaculate and displays are visually appealing.
• Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall financial goals.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in fashion, retail management, sales, or a related field (preferred)
• 1+ years of customer service/sales experience working in the fashion industry.
• Experience with Shopify/POS Systems
