Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Moleskine is seeking a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to support the creation and execution of Visual Merchandising, new store openings, and fixture production projects across the U.S. This role will report to the Senior Creative Design Manager, within the Marketing, Communication, and Visual Merchandising team. This blends creativity, organization, and hands‑on production coordination to bring Moleskine’s brand experiences to life!

• Coordinate Retail expansion + renovations in the US by supporting the production, and installation, of retail store fixtures, and support the New Boutique Opening lifecycle.
• Support the launch of new businesses in wholesale via fixture production, installation, and execution.
• Production coordination:
  Assist with sourcing, booking, and managing relationships with fabricators, installers, and external vendors.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and seasonal window installations in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and implement innovative merchandising solutions to enhance the brand’s visual presence.
• Coordinate special design and marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Experience performing project coordination or project management responsibilities in a comparable role
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards
• Experience supporting production and planning activities, including store environments, window installations, pop-ups, or temporary displays
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced, creative environment
• Ability to travel and support overnight or on‑site installations as required (up to 30%)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred

The pay range for this role is:

70,000 - 75,000 USD per year (Moleskine America (Corp))
