Overview

Job Title: Style Advisor
Location: Saks Fifth Avenue, New York, NY
As a Style Advisor at Givenchy, you will provide personalized client experiences and build strong relationships while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain personal accountability for individual performance objectives.
  • Apply an omni‑channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels.
  • Stay up to date with current market trends and competitors.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge for all category items to best serve client preferences.
  • Embodies the Givenchy brand in every customer interaction, demonstrating passion, enthusiasm, and the unique Givenchy selling ceremony.
  • Use a personal style to create extraordinary guest experiences and memorable moments.
  • Deepen and develop relationships with guests to drive lifetime loyalty and increased spend.
  • Cultivate new and existing guests through ongoing communication: handwritten notes, phone calls, and emails.
  • Capture customer data through discovery conversations.
  • Implement best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities for unique, personalized experiences.
  • Drive business by being a styling visionary of seasonal products and key business essentials.
  • Take proactive actions on NPS performance and client feedback.
  • Identify loyal clients’ passions and community involvement to create CSR opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including operations, visual merchandising, after‑care, and inventory control.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or a cross‑industry role.
  • Proven history of driving sales and achieving results.
  • Excellent client engagement and communication skills—written, speaking, and listening.
  • Ability to anticipate client desires and concerns.
  • Strong time‑management abilities.
  • Service‑oriented mindset, actively looking for ways to support clients and co‑workers.
  • College‑level education preferred.
  • Reports To:

    Boutique Manager.

Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $24 to $27, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
