Position OverviewWe are seeking a Head of Tailor Shop Operations to oversee day-to-day workflow, client interactions, and team coordination. This individual will serve as the link between our customers and tailoring staff, ensuring every garment is handled with the utmost care and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and passionate about fashion. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, high-end environment with an opportunity to grow as part of our expanding team.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients regarding fit, style, and alteration options
Conduct fittings and ensure garments meet Shopboy's standards of excellence
Manage shop operations and ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule
Coordinate with tailors to maintain workflow and quality control
Handle client communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups via email
Perform basic computer and data entry tasks
Maintain accuracy, productivity, and reliability in daily operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working with luxury clientele
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and time management
Proven work ethic with pride in craftsmanship and service
Interest or background in fashion, tailoring, or garment construction
