Location: Lake Placid
Hannaford - 45 Hadjis Way Suite 6 [Meat Clerk / Butcher] As a Meat Market Cutter Trainee at Hannaford, you'll:
Develop product knowledge in all areas of the meat department including cooking procedures;
Perform the meat cutting functions once training is complete;
Scrape and tray products, cube steaks, grind ground meats and cut and process meat according to Standard Practice Manual;
Receive any meat delivery.
