• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends

• Experience using retail technology
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams through coaching and mentoring
• Metrics-driven approach to achieving business goals
• Capability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
