Gristedes Supermarkets - RD & BROADWAY - [Grocery Clerk / Team Member] As a Deli/Bakery Clerk you will:
Provide products and services to customers;
Ensure that stock levels are maintained and that all products are fresh and properly displayed;
Prepare cakes- pies- cupcakes- decorated cookies- and- novelty items for display;
Follow appropriate sanitation and food handling regulations and standards;
Assist in and maintain cleanliness of work area;
Inspect quality of items in displays- cases- and- shelves by checking relevant information and pulling out of date- spoiled- or- stale items;
Prepare- pack- label- and- merchandise items according to policy.
