• Support the ideation, development, and execution of the production and vendor capability strategy
• Create seasonal strategies to manage fabric purchasing effectively
• Execute a vendor engagement strategy for seasonal and fast product pipelines
• Ensure product availability at the category level for various pipelines
• Provide front-line supervision to operational, service, or administrative teams

• Ability to operate in a highly matrixed global organization
• Strong attention to detail to ensure product pipeline meets key milestones
• Experience in developing analytic processes for optimization
• Ability to adapt team priorities to meet customer and business partner needs
• Previous supervisory experience in an operational or administrative capacity

• Experience in the retail apparel industry or related field
• Familiarity with product to market (P2M) processes
• Proven skills in vendor management and engagement strategies
