Overview
As a Store Manager, you will lead the daily operation of a single store, driving financial performance, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will help build a successful store with an intensive training program of 8+ weeks.
Responsibilities
• In charge of operation of a single store including finances, guest experience, and store success.
• Hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensuring delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 8+ weeks of store leadership training to build skills.

Desired Skills & Experience
• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
Serve Safe certified

Workplace requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in a hot, noisy environment. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. The environment is fast‑paced with high noise and limited storage space. Candidates must adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts/difficult situations.

Pay Range
$31.5 per hour - $34.5 per hour, within which individual pay is determined by location, experience, and other factors. Bonus programs are subject to change.
