Overview

Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. It focuses on crafting beautiful, lasting pieces that help customers feel confident and authentic.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve personal sales and clienteling goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness in line with Coach standards.
• Operate POS, cash wrap, and other sales systems accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory processes and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Employ cross‑selling techniques to increase average order value.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide personalized fashion advice.
• Participate in team meetings, provide feedback, and maintain a collaborative team environment.
• Adhere to all retail policies, procedures, and asset‑protection rules.

• 1–3 years of previous retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Basic computer skills, experience with iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and walkie‑talkie.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs routinely and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competitive offerings.
