Summary
The Seasonal Support Associate drives sales and profit by efficiently processing incoming and outgoing merchandise and maintaining stockroom standards. The role prepares merchandise for the sales floor and supports store presentation and operations.
Responsibilities- Receive, record, unload, sort, and prepare merchandise deliveries.
- Process merchandise for the sales floor, including tagging and ticketing items.
- Maintain an organized stockroom and assist with floor placement, signage, price changes, damages, and returns.
- Follow operational, asset protection, and workplace safety procedures.
- No experience required; a high school diploma or equivalent is encouraged.
- Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and basic math skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
