Senior Brand Merchandising Manager, Purple Label Sportswear

The Senior Brand Merchandising Manager leads brand merchandising strategy and execution for men's Purple Label sportswear, footwear, and accessories. The role partners with design, product development, marketing, and regional buying teams to grow the business and deliver the brand vision while meeting revenue and profit goals.

• Lead long-range and seasonal brand and product strategy, line planning, and execution from concept through store level.
• Support direct-to-consumer assortment planning and wholesale go-to-market activity.
• Drive sales growth across sportswear, footwear, and accessories, and monitor financial performance, pricing, profitability, and sales trends.
• Coordinate line plans and made-to-order business with design, product management, production, and regional retail and buying teams.
• Partner with creative and design teams to align product with the brand vision and commercial goals.
• Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, analytics, competitive analysis, and market research.
• Develop product briefs and oversee seasonal assortment presentations, delivery deadlines, and product training.
• Lead peers and teams, building effective cross-functional partnerships.

• Proven expertise in men's luxury merchandising, with a focus on sportswear categories.
• Strong product knowledge, commercial acumen, and record of delivering profitable growth.
• Demonstrated leadership, people management, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Understanding of product lifecycle, business calendars, retail math, and key retail metrics.
• Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
